This theater appears on the July 1908 Sanborn, in the northern storefront of a simple brick building with a tin front. The building was still under construction on the 1899 map, and the 1904 map shows a furniture store there.
The theater remains in operation on the 1913 map, but by 1918 it was a barber/billiard hall. The building was long ago demolished, and the old railroad station was relocated to the site.

The Electric Theatre was one of four movie houses listed at Sterling in the 1914-1915 American Motion Picture Directory, the others being the Opera House, the Princess, and the Sterling.
Thanks, I’ll list the Opera House. Very fleeting existence, and I wasn’t sure about it.
