The Cine Duque was opened on 6th January 1945 with Joel McCrea in “Enviado Especial”(Foreign Correspondent). It was closed in December 1971 with Glenn Ford in “El Mal”(Rage) & Wolf Ruvinskis in “Santos contra la Invasion de los Marcianos”. It was demolished and an apartment block was built on the site.
