The 1913 Sanborn shows a ‘Moving Picture Theatre’ in the northern storefront of the Opera House, a three story brick building constructed between 1892 and 1898.
The Opera House itself had a stage in a two story wood-frame annex behind the building. The storefronts were divided by a central stairway, and the northern storefront had been a pool room in 1907.
The theatre was gone by 1921, when the map shows the space used as a tire store. The stage annex of the opera house was demolished long ago, and the building has suffered some ill-advised remodels. The space is currently used by an accountant.
Note that for the whole period up to at least 1940, the address for this space was #12.

According to a listing in the 1908 report of state inspections, this may have been the Nickelo.
