Another short-lived enterprise, this ‘Electric Theatre’ is shown on the 1909 Sanborn, in the ground floor of a three-story building dating to sometime before 1887. Some sort of fraternal hall occupied the third floor. The Theatorium was opened by March 1908 when it was operated by James T. Layman and was screening 7-shows a day.

The 1902 map shows the space as a furniture store. This building was quite deep, and would have been ideal for a quick conversion. By 1921 the map shows the building as a billiard hall.

At some later point, this building and its neighbors were disfigured by a hideous sheet metal slipcover, but this has been removed, and the building (apparently completely gutted) is now part of a hospital.
