The 1907 Sanborn shows ‘Moving Pictures’ in the northern storefront of a two-story brick commercial building located on the corner with Broadway.
This structure dated to before 1887, and had originally housed the town hall and later an opera house on the second floor.
The 1900 map shows a saloon operating in this space. The theater was not a success, and the 1914 map shows it occupied by a haberdasher. Sadly, this building was replaced sometime shortly after World War II by a rather drab office building.

From Ken Roe, there was a theater called the Theatorium listed in the 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory at 108 N Main. That may have been a bad address for this theater, or it’s possible it was a brand new opening. The 1914 Sanborn shows that 106-108 are a dry goods store in a still extant building, but the map was issued in January.
