This small theater is shown on the 1914 Sanborn, in a simple one story brick commercial building which was constructed between 1900 and 1907, and was a grocery on the 1907 map.

The Grand Theater was opened in 1911. It was quite deep and narrow, and there was a small stage at the rear. Being located right next door to a larger theater which was likely the Roxy Theater, it was closed in December 1929.

Later maps are unfortunately not available online, but this structure was gone at least as early as 2007, and probably well before that.

This has to be the Grand Theatre, which opened in 1911 and closed in December 1929 without any chance on wiring sound. The theater itself was located on the same road the Roxy came from.

If it was the Grand then that name should be removed as an alternative on the Roxy site.
