In March 2021 a new Drive-In going up at the old location of the Denniston Drive-In (which has its own page on Cinema Treasures) and closed in 1985. The site was purchased by Todd Williams in 2017 and the Memory Lane Drive-In was opened on May 28, 2021. A second screen was added in 2023.

Although its mailing address is Monroe, the Memory Lane is in the middle of Frenchtown MI, the address it gives on its web site, which is only advertising shows on one screen this summer.
