Located in Barrhead, Renfrewshire. The Centre Cinema was opened in September 1939. It was operated by The Barrhead Cinema Co. Ltd. The proscenium was 30ft wide and it was equipped with a RCA sound system. There was also a café for the convenience of its patrons. Following the installation of CinemaScope the proscenium was widened to 40ft. It was still open in 1958.

By 1963 it had closed and was operating as a bingo club which closed in 2006. The building remained unused for several years and was eventually demolished.
