The Old Orchard Gardens Cinemas was opened by Cineplex Odeon on December 16, 1994. This is an addition to the Gardens Cinemas 1-6, built sometime in 1997. These screens are in a completely separate building but are located in the same shopping center. Closed by Regal in 2016 pending sale to a new operator in 2017, which was CMX Cinemas. It reopened in summer of 2018 as CMX CineBistro Old Orchard. In 2025 it was renamed CMX Old Orchard Luxury.

It should be Regal Cinemas now since they bought it after the AMC/Kerasotes merger.
These passed to regal and are now closed pending remodeling by a new operator.

Many of the photos on this entry are actually for the CMX Market Cinemas Old Orchard (previously Regal Gardens 7-13). Note the signage in relation to the top of the building in the photos vs. the photo that I just uploaded from March 2024.
Please rename the theatre to CMX Old Orchard Luxury and the screen count is 6 and total seats is 401
