Located at the corner of James Street and Henry Street. The Casino Theatre was opened on February 22, 1892. By 1909 it had been renamed Stratton Theatre. By 1941 it was operated by the Fabian Theatres chain but was listed as (Closed), and was the same in 1943 and 1950, still retained in the Fabian Theatres inventory. It was demolished in 1953.

Leon H. Lempert and Son claim to be the architects of the Casino Theater in the 1901 Julius Cahn Theatrical Guide.
