A first run movie theatre with occasional revivals, which is also a fully functioning microbrewery. Built into the East Towne Mall on Madison’s east side, it has its own entrance to the outside. Food is served and a full bar is in the lobby. Some auditoriums have a mix of recliners and regular seating with pull out trays. A soft opening is scheduled for July 5, with the official opening on July 6, 2018. It will be a rival venue to the Marcus Palace down the road in Sun Prairie.

Currently shut down due to the Covid pandemic. It is questionable whether it will ever reopen, with plans to redevelop the East Towne area. These plans include taking down the mall where the theatre is located.
This place did reopen mid/late 2021, and appears to have rebounded pretty strong. Relatively nice theater, with full dine in service, and beer actually brewed on site in vats
This place is still open and I love going here, I hope it’s doing well. It’s not always too busy when I go. They do first run movies and frequent revivals, a lot of the time with events or with a full menu provided. Definitely madison’s best but it’s still a little tough to get used to table service in theater
