Cine Lauren Horta

Located in the Vilapicina district to the north of the city. The Cine Dante was opened as a 1,371-seat single screen cinema on 24th February 1966. It was equipped with 70mm Todd-AO projection capability and Dolby sound. It was closed in July 1997.

It was converted into an 8-screen multiplex named Cine Lauren Horta and re-opened in December 1997. With a total seating capacity of 1,424, the capacities of the screens were: 130, 189, 121, l29, 172, 236, 250 and 197.

It was closed on 6th July 2014 and was converted into a supermarket.
