Built by Wolfberg Theatres and opening on October 26, 1973. Located at 5255 W. Warren Avenue, Denver, CO, in the Target Village Shopping Center in the Bear Valley area. The Target Village 3 Theatre was designed by Mel Glatz & Associates, had three screens with a total capacity of 1,038 seats, and cost $530,000 to build. Later, it was operated by Commonwealth and then UA. On November 19, 1993 it became the Paradise Village Theatres. The building then saw use as a theatre supply company and after that a church.
