The Westwood Theatre was opened on December 2, 1949 with John Lund in “My Friend Irma” & Randolph Scott in “The Doolins of Oklahoma”. It was taken over by the Atlas Theater Corp. in 1967 and they closed in later in 1967. On September 28, 1968 it reopened as the Tabor Fine Arts Theatre, operating as an art house theatre. Later remodeled as first a stage-dinner theatre and later converted to an adult theatre known as Kitty’s Tabor Theatre, and recently Hollywood Love Boutique.
By 2008, it was operating as a church.

1955-1969 Westwood Theatre and owned by Atlas Theatre Corp., of Denver, C.U. Yaeger, President, They had 13 theaters in Colorado.

The Westwood theatre opened on December 2nd, 1949 and taken over by Atlas Theatres in 1967 who closes it later that year. It reopened as the Tabor Fine Arts on September 28th, 1968. Grand opening ads posted.
