Located in the Arguelles district to the north of the city centre. The Cine Princesa was opened in 1954. It was designed in a Moderne style by architect Jose Luis Sanz Magallon with seating in orchestra & balcony levels.
It was closed in 1988 and converted into retail use.

Same named theater “Cine Princesa” now exists at Calle de la Princesa 5 , and it was previously “Alphaville” . I saw “The Performance” there on August 1978.
