Located in Kirkcaldy, Fifeshire. The Public Hall was built in 1884. It was used for entertainments, lectures and concerts. Around 1915 it was converted into the Pathhead Picture House and had a 20ft wide proscenium. In 1925 it was taken over by Scottish Cinema and Variety Theatres Ltd. who later became the Associated British Cinemas(ABC) chain. In the early-1930’s it was equipped with a British Thomson-Houston(BTH) sound system.

In 1937 it was taken over by an independent operator and was closed in 1940. The building still stands today.
