Schulman Theatres opened Film Alley-Weatherford November 18, 2016. Called a multi-venue center by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, it certainly lives up to that description. In addition to eight auditoriums, beneath one roof are 24 bowling lanes with music videos, sports bar, grill, interactive arcade, and rooms for parties and corporate events.
Schulman Theatres notes they have been around since 1926, when Abraham and Morris Schulman moved to Bryan, Texas and bought the Dixie Theatre and Queen Theatre. Other Schulman Theatres are in Bastrop, Georgetown, Hudson Oaks, and Palestine.
