Located in Hudson Oaks, to the east of Weatherford, TX. The City Lights Weatherford was originally opened in mid-May of 2002. It was reopened on November 16, 2012. It was closed by October 2021.
It was purchased by the High Ridge Church who plan to convert one side of the theatre into a 450-seat worship center, a Kids Ministry Wing and large lobby area. The other part of the building will contain a 1,000-seat worship center, offices expanded lobby area and a state-of-the art outdoor youth facility. Completion of the conversions are planned for January 2023.

City Lights Weatherford opened on November 16, 2012 with ten films including “Skyfall,” “Wreck it Ralph” in 2D and 3D and “Twilight: Breaking Dawn.”
This opened in 2002 and reopened on November 16th, 2012.
This first opened in mid-May 2002 with 10 screens under the name “Weatherford Cinema 10”, and was the replacement of the Weatherford Theatres 4 (formerly the Plaza Theatre) in downtown Weatherford which closed at the same time as the Cinema 10’s opening.
