Located in the south Melbourne district of St. Kilda at the corner of The Esplanade and Robe Street. The Cinema le Boulevarde was built and opened on the site of the Corso Picture Theatre. It was another open-air cinema, which opened in late-1915. Seating was provided for 5,000 on long wooden benches and there was a raised tiered section at the rear. It was reputed to be the largest outdoor cinema in Australia.

It was closed in early-1916 and was taken down. The site became the St. Kilda Fair amusement park.
