Located in the east inner city Melbourne district of Richmond. The Arts Theatre was opened in 1960.
In 2016 the front of the building is a takeaway Shagy’s Pizza, while the upstairs (office/projection booth?) and auditorium are a Latino Salsa Dance Studio. By 2022 the front of the building is a hair dresser.
