Located in the south Melbourne district of Glenhuntly/Caulfield. The Hoyts New Glenhuntly Theatre was opened in 1927. It had a Spanish Renaissance style auditorium, with seating provided in stalls and circle levels. Hoyts New Glenhuntly Theatre was closed in 1959.

It became a Safeway supermarket, and by 2016 was Priceline Pharmacy.
