PADUA THEATRE BRUNSWICK VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA – 1937 Advertisment. By 1968 Hoyts could no longer sustain the Padua and sold it to a large insurance company. During the next decade it became The Metropolitan Theatre screening Italian language productions.
