Located on the north side of Gathorne Street between Gordon Street and Dunn Street. Movies were first shown in Cranbrook in 1940 in one of the various halls. Movies were shown until 1952. The Cranbrook Memorial Hall opened on 31st August 1957 incorporating earlier halls. Unknown if movies were shown in the Memorial Hall? The Memorial Hall is still there.
