Boxoffice, Aug. 10, 1970: “Walt Allen sold the Corral Drive-In, Moline, Ill., to Redstone Management of Boston."

The Dispatch of Moline IL reported on April 3, 1956, that high winds pushed the Corral’s screen forward into its playground area that afternoon, destroying the screen.

This opened as the Sky-Hi Drive-In on July 25th, 1950. It reopened the Corral Drive-In in May 1951 and closed in 1982.

A more accurate address for this theater is now 3501 69th Ave, Moline, IL 61265. This points directly to the drive in itself.

Parked 500 cars and was owned in the late Fifties by ELFLOW THEATRE COMPANY.
