Same theater? Motion Picture Herald, Nov. 10, 1951: “Bruce Rippy acquired the New Delta, Delta, Colo., from the Laurie and Peoples interests.”

Same theater? Boxoffice, Sept. 23, 1950: “DELTA, COLO. – Max Story, owner of the Skylite Drive-In here, will open a new house in the old Strand building early in October. … The house will be operated on a year-around basis with the Skylite, which probably will close for a few months during the winter."

If this was ever named Fox Theatre, it was located on Main Street just off the corner of East 7th Street. Circa 1940 photo added credit Historical Photos of Fruita & Western Colorado. Sign on the Domestic Propane building reads “Location of the New Fox Theatre”. Building has been Demolished based on current Street View. Cinematour also shows a Delta Theatre in Delta, but can find no other record of that.
