In Greenock, the BB Cinema opened in December 1913 with 950 seats (700 seats in the stalls and 250 in the circle).
It was rebuilt & enlarged in 1935 with the current plain façade. It closed in early-1970 and then moved over to bingo which continued until the late-1990’s, then it became Babylon nightclub.
By November 2015 it was derelict. It is not listed, but it was on the Buildings At Risk register. It was demolished in February 2022.

It opened in December 1913. The company was created in January 1913.
