Located on the corner of Rockingham Road and Carrington Street. Hamilton Hill Memorial Hall was built and opened on 19th July 1925. Films were first screened there in 1943. Advertised as Hamilton Hill Gardens in 1960. Picture screenings ceased in 1960. Hamilton Hill Hall is still there, but no longer screens films. The gardens may have become the car park?

Hamilton Hill Hall(now called Memorial Hall) was extended and repainted and the bricks repointed in 2008. Now used for community use and live theatre(live theatre called Phoenix Theatre).
The car park section(possibly the former gardens site?) is also a bus terminus for use by Tranperth buses running between the hall and Perth, or Optus Stadium(special events use).
Correction – now called Hamilton Hill Memorial Hall.
Opened on 19 /7/1925 as a memorial to the local soliders killed in World War 1.
