Located in Corby, Northamptonshire on the site of the former Tresham College complex. The 6-screen Savoy Cinema was opened on 31st July 2015 with 900-seats. It is operated by the Nottingham based Savoy Cinemas chain. Opening films were “Mission Impossible:Rogue Nation”, “Southpaw” and “Ant-Man 2D”. Screen 1 is equipped with a Dolby Atmos sound system.
In March 2025 a refurbishment of the existing screens was completed, and a 7th screen was added. The Savoy Cinea now has new larger recliner and rocker luxury seats in all auditoriums and daybeds have been installs in the front rows of screens 1 & 2. The total seating capaciy has been reduced to 588-seats.

Finally Corby gets a cinema again and it’s one of the best I’ve been to, nice cozy cinema, nice atmosphere, feels much more like a classic old style cinema instead of these horrible multiplex places you get everywhere now, well done Savoy and Corby!
