Located on Pebble Beach Boulevard at the corner of Cimarron Edge in the Meadow Springs suburb of Mandurah. Community Cinemas Mandurah opened in(2013 or 2014?). The outdoor cinema had closed by 2019.

Community Cinemas mandurah is in Pebble Beach Boulevard, opposite the intersection with Worlington Turn.
