Located on the north side of Mandurah Terrace at the intersection with Smart Street. The Ambassadors Theatre and Gardens opened sometime before 1937. The 200-seat Ambassadors Theatre closed in 1962, and the 300-seat Gardens closed in 1966. It has since been demolished and the Smart Street Mall now stands on the site.
