Regent Theatre

Midland Three Eastside opened on 23rd June 1995. Name changed to Regent Theatre on 4th April 1996. There was also a picture gardens in the Laneway next to the theatre(Screen, seats(number unknown?), projector(inside a shipping container) surrounded by a fence, entrance from inside the theatre, exit through the theatre(or into the laneway?).

Two more screens(inside) were planned to be built in September 1997, but may not have been built? The cinema closed in November or December 2006 when the Ace Midland Gate Cinema opened nearby. The building is still there, it is now a medical centre.
