Casino Cinema

Located in Chennai (formerly known as Madras), the fourth largest city in India, with a population of 6 million. The Casino Cinema was opened in 1943 and has seating for 783 is stalls and balcony levels. The building is set back from the road in a low-walled courtyard. It retains all its original Art Deco style features, including painted murals and light fittings.
