Cobb Theatres opened Downtown at the Gardens 16 on November 22, 2005. In addition to the latest patron comforts and technical advances, they offer an extensive food menu.
Cobb Theatres Zero Tolerance Policy states, “Starting at the posted showtime of the feature presentation, any use of cell phones or other electronic devices within the auditorium is strictly prohibited".
The theatre is also one of five locations that screen films for the Donald M. Ephraim Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival every January and February. It was taken over by CMX Cinemas in October 2017.
