The Lake Drive-In opened by 1957. Car capacity was 300 cars. The drive-in was owned by Holiday Amusements and was still open in 1984.

13242 S. High Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio would be the approximate address for this DI. Still visible in an overhead Google Maps view and it is visible in the 1959 Historic Aerial.
A more accurate address for this theater is 13251 US-68, Mt Orab, OH 45154. This points to the entrance road.

Google Maps has updated their addresses and this puts it right on the property.
The drive-in is present in a 1957 aerial, so it may have opened before 1960. It was still intact and well-maintained in 1984. But by 1994 the screen was removed.
Today, it is home of The Venue on Lake Grant. Trees have filled most of the property, but you can see the ramps, outline, and entrance/exit roads of the drive-in. Plus, the concession stand/projector booth seems to still be standing.
