Built in a Streamline Moderne style to the plans of architect Pier Luigi Nervi, the building feature a tall slender glass brick tower over its corner entrance. The Cinema Teatro Puccini was built by the administration of the state in 1933. However, construction was delayed and it didn’t open as a cinema until 1940.
