The Cameo Theatre was opened on November 30, 1926. It was equipped with a Marr-Colton organ. The Cameo Theatre is listed in the 1950 Film Daily Yearbook with 1,020 seats. It was closed on October 30, 1959 with “The Tempest” & Robert Taylor in “The Hangman”. It was then used for church sevices.

The $150,000 Cameo Theatre launched November 30, 1926. It had a Marr-Colton pipe organ at its launch. It may have ceased operations on October 30, 1959 with “The Tempest” and “The Hangman.” Church services were still listed at the venue thereafter.
