A Chinese restaurant called Mandarin also operated at the site until it was destroyed in a fire sometime in the mid/late 1970s. The owner, who lived on the premises, was killed.
There’s a 2015 picture here of a completely different building which is one story shorter and looks older. It does seem like it could have been a theater. Any idea where it actually belongs?
