Located in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. The Regal Cinema was opened in 1936. It had 25 feet wide proscenium and a small stage. It was equipped with a British Talking Pictures(BTP) sound system. In 1936 it was sold to the Cox Cinema Company Ltd.
In 1975 it was sold to the Regent Entertainment Company, who’s main business was bingo clubs. Films were retained on certain nights of the week for a while, but by Easter 1976 it went over to full time bingo. Today it operates as a Flutters Bingo Club.
