The Sky View Drive-In opened in 1952 with a capacity for 300 cars. The drive-in was operating seasonally until the end of the 2014 season. It was owned and operated by Chalet Theatres, who have a number of theatres in the south and southeast.

The Sky View Drive-In has made the conversion to digital projection.
The Sky View Drive-In has been sold and will not be kept as a drive-in. It did not reopen for the 2015 season. The status should be updated to closed.
