Fridley Theatres opened its new multiplex in Muscatine, the Palms 10 Theatres, on March 14, 2013. Auditoriums range from 75 to 249 seats, with the largest room featuring 40-channel Dolby Atmos sound and a screen 53 feet wide.
The house features stadium seating and digital 3-D capability in all ten auditoriums, all of which also have curtains for the screens. Seats are 25 inches wide, and placed on extra-wide tiers. A portable bar allows one of the auditoriums to be reserved for customers over 21 at any given time.
