Star Theatre

Music hall/movie theatre. The Star Theatre had opened by July 1911.

“The American Contractor,” Vol 39, dated May 18, 1918, shows that then-current owner E.J. Caron Amusement Co. had contracted with F.X. LaFlamme of Manchester for $3,000 in alterations to the existing structure.

“The Music Trades,” Vol 64, dated Sep 2, 1922, contains the notice that “a Moller organ is being installed in the Star Theatre, Manchester, NH.” It was damaged by fire on January 24, 1923. It was repaired and reopened. It was listed as (Closed) in 1932.
