Regal opened this new 12-screen cinema on July 2, 2013. The theatre features Regal’s IMAX & RPX, all digital sound and projection, RealD 3D, all stadium seating, self ticketing and first run attractions. Opening movies were “The Heat”, “White House Down”, “Monsters University”, “World War Z”, “Man of Steel”, “The Internship”, “This Is The End”, “Now You See Me” and “Star Trek Into Darkness”.
The Issaquuah Press reported that the Regal Issaquah 9 Cinemas will close and then be remodeled into a Cinebarre.

Fuller Sears Architects designed the multi-use project in which this theater is located, but the interior layout and design was by BB Architects, who have designed many projects for Regal. Here is a slide show with eleven photos of the theater on BB Architects' web site.
