The Bijou Metro Cinema opened on June 1, 2013. It is the first cinema to operate in downtown Eugene for 40 years and is located on the first floor of a former bank building built in 1866. Seating is provided in two small auditoriums each seating 17, and in the two larger auditoriums each seating 36.
