This needs to be changed to demolished. The building was torn down sometime between 2007 and 2013.

This theatre was named after Carlton Dickinson brother to Glen Dickinson Jr. He was killed in a car accident before the theatre was built.
In the 50’s and 60’s, the theater was known as the Co-Ed. I often attended the Co-Ed Theater as a young boy and teenager.
