The Lyric Theatre was in operation during the 1910’s. In 1922, the name ‘Lyric’ was moved to the larger New Grand Theatre, located in the next block of Superior Street. The second Lyric Theatre building has been demolished, but the the original location is still standing, currently occupied by a retail printing business.
