The Bella Vista I & II was a twin cinema located across the parking lot from the Grand Mall, formerly the Bella Vista Mall. It opened on December 22, 1972 with Charles Bronson in “The Valachi Papers” & Topol in “Fiddler on the Roof”. It was initially an independent theater. The Butterfield Theatres chain took it over shortly afterwards. It was later operated by the Kerasotes and GKC chains before it closed in 1985. The building was renovated into retail space and is now an Ace Hardware store.

NOTE TO SYSOPS: The mapping software is a bit off. The city of Grand Blanc has a different address numbering system so the former location shows up on Google maps as 7606 S. Saginaw. Please fix the map to show the exact location which is now a few miles south of where it should be.
