Novelty Cinema

This was the oldest cinema in the Etterbeek district of Brussels. It was open before 1914, first called Cinema. From 1934 until 1943 it was renamed Rex Cinema. From 1944 until its closing in 1975 it was the Novelty Cinema.

before 1920,this part of the chaussée de wavre was the chaussée de tervuren,at number 460 was the palais rodolphe,a dance hall with also cinema program from 1910,this shoud be the later novelty
