1913 post card view of Theatre Row, in Richmond VA, showing the Orpheum and Bijou Theatres

The Lubin Theatre was a vaudeville & nickelodeon theatre that opened in 1909, adjacent to the much larger Bijou Theatre. On July 11, 1915 it was renamed Isis Theatre. It was closed in 1916 and reopened later that year briefly as the Regent Theatre. In late-1916, it was renamed Isis Theatre again. The Isis Theatre was closed in 1929.

After laying empty for several years, it was re-opened by Wilmer & Vincent Corp. in 1938 as the Park Theatre. The Park Theatre was closed in 1953. It was renovated as an office building for Virginia Credit Union, but has since been demolished and the Library of Virginia now takes up the entire block.
