The Gem Theatre went under three other names during its years at this location. On June 6, 1909 a small ad in the Twin Falls Times for the Isis Theatre read “Formerly the Grand". On May 23, 1918 the ad for the opening of the America Theatre stated that it was “Formerly the Isis". Finally on May 4, 1919 the ad for the Gem Theatre read “Formerly the America–Lately cleaned, remodeled and renovated–New and Larger exits than formerly– Latest ventilation system being installed–The finest projection equipment that money can buy–Fireproof operating and machine room–Quality fotoplays our specialty".
The Gem Theatre, which was located next to the old Orpheum Theatre, closed on July 31, 1921. The Daily News said its fixtures were put in storage in order to be used in the new Orpheum Theatre, which opened on October 31.

The Isis Theatre was mentioned in the October 18, 1913, issue of The Moving Picture World.
I posted the ads for the America and Gem in the photo section.
This undated photo of the Orpheum Theatre shows part of the neighboring Gem Theatre, which was featuring a Clara Kimbell Young movie. Young was getting lead roles by 1915, so the photo might date from the period when the Gem was still the America or the Isis. The name of the theater isn’t displayed anywhere that I can see.
