@ridethectrain: That is specifically why I say “capacity” instead of “seats”! Though wheelchair spaces are technically seats when they’re occupied; I don’t think it’s much of a stretch to include it in my numbers. Seems more inclusive for people with disabilities!
@nothing but cinema your seat counts are about 5 above, I don’t count wheelchair spaces as seats, only acutual and companion.

4DX officially opens in auditorium 11 tomorrow night, with its opening coinciding with the wide release of Joker: Folie à Deux. It has a capacity of 136, reducing the overall capacity by 79 to a new total of 4,816.
Regal is also planning to add recliners to most of the auditoriums. They’re also planning to update the lobby and hallways to match Regal’s design philosophy, similar to what they did for Regal Irvine Spectrum.
That is good news to here Nothing But Cinema I sure hope Regal adds more 4DX auditoriums to their theatres so I can give it a shot.
Regal is currently upgrading one of the auditoriums to 4DX; likely auditorium 11 (9th largest auditorium here, with a seating capacity of 215 before construction) since it currently has seemingly no showtimes on Fandango.
Capacity is 4,895
